What data we collect and why

The details you send us through the form (name, phone, email, country or region and project details) are used solely to reply to your request and prepare a quote.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as our business relationship lasts and then for the legally required periods. If we do not end up working together, we delete it within 12 months at the latest.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The website is hosted on Cloudflare and forms are sent through Web3Forms, which forwards your message to us by email; both act as data processors.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to atlasofstone@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
